A few things to know

Plan for the Best Picture

Outdoor projection works best when the environment is dark and the screen and electronics are protected from weather.

Start After Sunset

Projected images become clearer as the sky gets darker. We recommend beginning the movie at or shortly after sunset. Daytime viewing will not provide the same picture quality.

Watch the Weather

The screen and electronics cannot be operated in rain, lightning, high winds or unsafe weather. The setup area must be dry, level and clear of hazards.

Movie Screen Rental FAQ

Is a projector included?
No. This is a screen-only rental. You will need to supply a projector suitable for the screen and viewing conditions.
Are speakers included?
No. You will need powered speakers or another sound system that can connect to your media device or projector.
What equipment do I need to provide?
You will need a projector, speakers, laptop or media device, movie, extension cords and any adapters required by your equipment.
Does the screen work during daylight?
The screen can be installed before dark, but projected images are best after sunset. Bright daylight can make the movie difficult to see.
Do you provide the movie?
No. The renter supplies the movie, streaming account, media source and any required public performance licensing.
Can I use a streaming service?
Yes, using your own compatible device and account. Streaming requires reliable internet. Downloading the movie beforehand may be more dependable.
Can the screen be used indoors?
Indoor use may be possible when the venue has enough floor space, ceiling height, electricity and permission for the equipment.
What happens if it rains?
The screen and electronics cannot be operated in rain, lightning, standing water, high winds or severe weather.
Is electricity required?
Yes. The blower and your projector, speakers and media equipment require access to suitable electrical power.
Do you offer delivery or setup?
Pickup is available in Longview. Delivery and setup may be available for selected dates, locations and events.
