Yes. Many rentals are available for convenient customer pickup in Longview. Vehicle-space requirements vary by item.
Do Inflatables Need Power?
Yes. Inflatable games require access to a working electrical outlet and must remain powered while in use.
What About Weather?
Inflatables cannot be used in unsafe wind, heavy rain, thunderstorms or on wet and unsuitable surfaces.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is available in Longview for many items. Delivery depends on your location, date, rental selection and staffing availability.
Where do I pick up my rental?
Pickup is arranged in Longview, Texas. The exact pickup details, time and instructions will be provided with your reservation.
What kind of vehicle do I need?
Vehicle requirements depend on the rental. Smaller yard games and concessions may fit in an SUV, while inflatable games may require more cargo space.

Is delivery included in the listed price?
No. Listed prices are generally customer-pickup prices. Delivery, when available, is quoted separately based on distance, equipment, schedule and setup needs.
Do you deliver outside Longview?
Delivery may be available throughout parts of East Texas, including Hallsville, White Oak, Kilgore, Gladewater, Marshall, Gilmer, Henderson and surrounding communities.
Availability varies, so send us your event address and date.
Can someone else pick up the rental for me?
Usually, yes, provided we know who is picking it up and they are able to safely transport the equipment. The person picking up should also be prepared to receive the setup and operating instructions.
When do I return the rental?
Return timing will be confirmed with your reservation. Most rentals are priced as all-day rentals, but pickup and return windows depend on the event date and schedule.
Setup & Power
We provide instructions and the main accessories required for each rental. Your site still needs suitable space, power and safe ground.
Do you set up the rental for me?
Setup depends on whether the rental is picked up or delivered. Customer-pickup rentals are generally set up by the customer using the instructions and accessories we provide.
Delivery and setup may be available for selected rentals.
Do inflatable games need to stay plugged in?
Yes. Inflatable games use a blower and must remain connected to power during operation. Turning off the blower will cause the game to deflate.
How close does the electrical outlet need to be?
The outlet should be reasonably close to the setup area and capable of safely powering the blower or machine. We provide appropriate cords with many rentals, but long distances or unusual electrical setups should be discussed beforehand.
Can I use a generator?
A properly sized generator may work, but you should confirm the rental’s electrical requirements before your event. The customer is responsible for providing a safe and adequately powered generator unless other arrangements are made.
How much space do I need?
Each rental has different dimensions. You need enough space for the equipment itself, blower placement, cords, stakes or weights, and safe room around the game.
We’ll provide specific space requirements for the items you reserve.
Can the inflatables be set up on concrete?
Some equipment may be usable on concrete only with proper anchoring and protective measures. Not every rental or location will be suitable.

Safety & Weather
These are inflatable games, not bounce houses. Guests play from outside the equipment and should never climb, sit or stand on it.
Can children climb or bounce on the inflatable games?
No. These rentals are inflatable game structures, not bounce houses or slides. No one should climb, sit, stand, jump or place their body on the inflatable.
Do the games require adult supervision?
Yes. A responsible adult should supervise the equipment whenever it is available for use, especially when children are present.
Can I use an inflatable in the rain?
No. Inflatable games should not be operated in heavy rain, thunderstorms or unsafe wet conditions. Electrical equipment and wet surfaces create additional hazards.
What happens if it is windy?
Inflatable equipment must not be used when wind conditions are unsafe. If winds increase during the event, stop use immediately and follow the shutdown and deflation instructions.
Can the equipment be used on wet ground?
No equipment should be placed on standing water, mud or an unsafe wet surface. The ground must be stable, reasonably level and appropriate for the anchoring method.
Are the hook-and-loop axes and balls safe?
Our game pieces are designed for recreational target games, but they should still be used responsibly. Guests should only throw or kick toward the intended target and keep spectators clear of the playing area.
Reservations & Payments
A rental is not reserved until the required agreement and payment have been completed.
How do I reserve a rental?
Submit your event details through our HoneyBook inquiry page. Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive the next steps for the agreement and payment.
How far ahead should I book?
Earlier is better, especially for Saturdays, graduation season, school events, church festivals and holidays. Some dates may book weeks or months in advance.
Can you hold a date while I decide?
Dates are generally not held without the required reservation steps being completed. Availability can change until the booking is confirmed.
Is a deposit required?
Reservation and payment requirements will be shown in your HoneyBook proposal or invoice. The exact amount may depend on the rental package and event details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Available payment methods will be shown on your HoneyBook invoice. Electronic payment is typically the easiest option.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be included in your rental agreement. Please review those terms before completing your reservation.
Weather-related decisions may be handled differently from ordinary customer cancellations.
Concession Questions
Concession rentals are designed to be easy to use and can include supplies based on the package you select.
Do concession rentals include supplies?
Supplies may be included depending on the package selected. Your quote will state the number of servings and exactly what is included.
Do you provide the ice for the sno cone machine?
Customers generally provide the ice unless another arrangement is specifically included. Syrup, cups and spoon straws may be included based on the package.
Are the machines easy to operate?
Yes. We provide basic operating instructions. An adult should operate and supervise the machine throughout the event.
Do concession machines require electricity?
Yes. Popcorn, cotton candy and sno cone machines require access to a suitable electrical outlet.
Do I have to clean the machine?
You should remove food residue and return the equipment in the condition described in your rental instructions. Do not immerse electrical equipment in water.
Excessive mess or improper use may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Returns, Cleaning & Damage
Rentals should be returned on time, reasonably clean and with every included accessory.
What happens if something is missing?
Customers are responsible for returning all accessories, game pieces, cords, stakes, blowers, bags and other included items. Missing items may result in replacement charges.
What happens if the rental is damaged?
Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges. Please stop using damaged equipment and contact us immediately.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Normal cleaning is expected, but excessive dirt, food, staining, mud, water exposure or misuse may result in an additional cleaning charge.
What should I do if the equipment stops working?
Stop use, check the power source if appropriate and contact us. Do not attempt repairs, open electrical components or modify the equipment.
Can I leave the equipment outside overnight?
No, unless specific written arrangements have been made. Equipment should be protected from weather, theft, animals and unauthorized use.
These Are Games, Not Bounce Houses.
The inflatable structures are targets and game stations. Participants stay outside the inflatable and use the provided balls, axes or other game pieces.
